Product Condition Policy

Packaging varies by brand and manufacturer. Some products ship with shrink wrap, tamper bands, or foil seals; others do not. These decisions are made by each manufacturer — not by Blazin Cloudz — and we make no guarantee that any product includes a specific type of seal or packaging.

Inspect at the counter. Every customer has the opportunity to inspect their product at the time of purchase. Once a product leaves the store, its condition — including damage, defects, or malfunction, and including products that were sealed at the time of sale — is no longer the responsibility of Blazin Cloudz.

If a product is not in its normal retail condition (for example, opened for inspection or another legitimate business purpose), we will tell you before you buy it.

All Sales Final — Returns & Exchanges

Because we sell consumable, vape, hemp, and personal-use products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including for sealed products that are later found damaged or defective. Manufacturer defects are covered — if at all — by the manufacturer’s own warranty; we can point you to the brand’s contact information.

Age Verification Policy

Louisiana law requires purchasers of vape, tobacco, and consumable hemp products to be 21 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every purchase, every time, with no exceptions. We refuse any sale we cannot verify. Select non-hemp supplement products (such as Wocklean) are sold to customers 18 or older with valid ID.

Product Availability

Inventory changes daily. Brands, flavors, sizes, and product lines rotate or are discontinued without notice. Nothing on this website is a guarantee that an item is currently in stock, and website content does not constitute an offer to sell any specific item at any specific price. Call ahead and we will confirm or hold what we have.
