All vape, nicotine, hemp, glass, smoking, and age-restricted products sold by Blazin Cloudz are strictly for adults 21 years of age or older, unless otherwise permitted by Louisiana law for specific hemp beverages or slush products.

All hemp-derived products sold by Blazin Cloudz are intended to comply with Louisiana Act 336, applicable Louisiana hemp regulations, and the 2018 Federal Farm Bill.
All qualifying hemp products contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight where required by law. Consumable hemp products (gummies, tinctures, and similar items) are also intended to comply with Louisiana Act 752 (HB 952), effective January 1, 2025, which limits THC content in consumable hemp products to 5mg per serving and 40mg per package. COAs and lab documentation may be available upon request depending on supplier availability.

Exceptions may be considered only for verified manufacturer defects within 24 hours of purchase, solely at management discretion. Cosmetic scratches, packaging imperfections, flavor dissatisfaction, condensation, leaking from misuse, burnt coils, or user damage do not qualify. Receipt required for all claims.
Customers assume all responsibility for battery handling, charging practices, storage, transportation, coil installation, wattage settings, and device maintenance.
Improper use of lithium-ion batteries may result in fire, explosion, injury, or property damage. Blazin Cloudz is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, modification, improper charging, third-party chargers, water exposure, physical damage, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted under Louisiana law, Blazin Cloudz, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages; lost profits; medical issues; allergic reactions; misuse-related injuries; property damage; delayed effects; compatibility issues; or customer negligence.
All products are purchased and used at the customer's own risk.
Customers acknowledge that Blazin Cloudz is a smoke, vapor, hemp, and fragrance-heavy retail environment. Blazin Cloudz is not responsible for odor transfer to clothing or belongings, scent sensitivity, fragrance exposure, lawful product-demonstration smoke where permitted, or allergic sensitivity to aromas or terpenes.
Customers with sensitivities should use discretion before entering.
Information provided through our website, chatbot systems, AI assistants, SMS messages, automated recommendation systems, social media, and email campaigns is informational only and may not always reflect live inventory or current regulations. Inventory changes daily.

Blazin Cloudz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for harassment, threatening behavior, intoxication, suspected fraud, attempted underage purchasing, abuse toward staff, policy violations, or unsafe conduct.
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from purchases, website use, or store interactions shall be handled within the appropriate jurisdiction of Louisiana courts.
We do not collect personal data through this website beyond what you voluntarily submit, such as a phone number for call-ahead orders or restock-alert SMS signup. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use cookies or trackers to build advertising profiles.
